Cancellation Policy: If for any reason a mission participant cancels his/her participation, the mission participation fee ($500) will be refunded up to 30 days prior to the start of the mission.  The market research and appointment setting fee will not be refunded.  If the participant decides to travel at a future date, appointment setting services will be made by the Trade Offices at no extra charge assuming the trip takes place within six months of the original mission date.

Costs Paid Directly by Participants (all costs below are estimated)

It is understood that each of the participants will make their own flight arrangements to travel both to/from and within Argentina, Brazil and Chile.  Due to logistical complications, CGLG cannot obtain a discounted group rate.  We will provide recommendations for “Group” internal flights at a later date.

Hotels in Santiago, Buenos Aires and São Paulo
10 nights                                                                 $2,000

CGLG will reserve a block of rooms at hotels in Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and São Paulo, Brazil.  Rates and cancellation policies will be provided at a later date.
