Frederic Kuzel, Director – Great Lakes Regional Biomass Energy Program

Fred joined the Council in December 1988 as Director of the Great Lakes Regional Biomass Energy Program. Prior to that he managed grant programs at several city and regional planning agencies in Illinois. He has a B.A. in Geography from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin and an M.S. in Urban Geography and Planning from Northern Illinois University.
